38in. GeeBee "Y" Golden Age Racer

The rules are simple; All Stock Class racers can be powered by any brushless motor up to 400 watts. Open Cass is just that, it's open to more power...400+ watts. The weights and size of every major part must be within stock limits. The batteries will be no larger than a 3S 2500 mAh LiPoly. The racers must have at least 300 square inches of wing, weigh at least 18 ounces, and have fixed landing gear. These rules were designed to provide a fast and economical racing class. The races start from the ground, with the entire field of up to 6 airplanes taking off right in front of the crowd, and racing for the lead at the first turn. The races are generally 10 laps of a set oval course with pylons set between 125 and 200 feet apart. The class is highly competitive, the difference between first and third often less than ½ lap.
